Saturday 24th November, 2018 6.00pm – 8.30pm

LOCATION – Gallery 307 Art School
307 Sailors Bay Road
Northbridge NSW, 2063

We are hosting an event at Gallery 307 on Saturday 24 November in aid of Rotary which, as you know, has a very active social program worldwide.
On the night, in addition to a talk about lovely wines, we will present two very interesting talks which we’re sure you will also find interesting:
Anna Barten an educator, artist and registered art therapist, will give a brief talk about her speciality of Art Therapy: the power of art as a healing process is well recognised and can be a great benefit to a wide range of people ranging from Expectant Mothers, to adolescents, those recovering from medical conditions, our aging sector and others in between.
Our current exhibition includes an awesome range of works by well-known artists including Kirana Haag, an international transformational artist.
Kirana (who has been referred to as a midwife of dreams: a light dancer), will give a brief talk about her art, how it communicates – without words – the human qualities and energies that connect us all and the benefits of creating art together as a group.
Kirana has generously donated for auction by Rotary, a group artwork created during an earlier exhibition of her work at Gallery 307 which will be on display at Northbridge Plaza ahead of the event (see below for image)
